Regional Medical Clinic, founded in 2018 by Dr. Demaura Russell, is a locally-owned, for profit healthcare facility.  H.O.P.E. stands for Health, Occupations, Partnerships and Education.  We provide high-quality comprehensive preventive and primary health services to the residents of Warren and Vance and surrounding Counties.
